Calling All Witches!
The time has come.
Remember when we hexed Donald Trump?
I do! My friend Michael Hughes created a social media campaign to plan it. Lots of people joined in (witches and non-witches alike!), and it went on for several months at the full moon. Other ne’er-do'-wells were added to the roster.
I wrote about this social phenomenon, and the political roots of modern witchcraft, for a now-defunct and most excellent website called The Establishment.
We think we did some good (he lost in 2020).
But oh, my witches, the time has come ‘round again.
We must once again unite to defeat this man.
To neutralize him, and all who aid and abet him.
To burn his edifices of greed and bigotry and crueltry to the ground.
To comfort all who have been harmed, and revitalize all that has been damaged.
Spring Equinox, March 20, 2026, will be the day: the Working.
